Barmer lies on the far western, border edge of Rajasthan — a district of great size and heritage that long lacked professional and health education. Our college was started in 2006 to change that, bringing formal pharmacy training close to home for students of this desert region.
Named after the freedom fighter and former Chief Minister Late Shri Jai Narayan Vyas, who hailed from this area, the school prepares local students to become registered pharmacists — through qualified faculty, well-equipped laboratories and a strong focus on practical, hands-on learning.
